First visits take extra time and detail so we can bring your home up to Evergreen’s maintenance standard and create your customized cleaning checklist.

For this reason, most new client appointments are billed at our Deep Clean rate.

If your home is already regularly maintained and requires less work, you may qualify for our New Client Setup Visit:

Standard Clean rate + a one-time $50 setup charge instead of a full Deep Clean.

Regular Standard Clean pricing applies to all future visits.
